  4. I’m 23 and record with all tube/class A transistor outboard gear thru an analog console to tape when possible, which isn’t very often. I settle for a tube front end into a digital tracking system because I like to make music more than I like to spend money. It concerns me less that musicians may not know how analog and tape systems operate than it does to see a popular contemporary “musician” who can’t play a fucking instrument.
