When I am old (90+ years) and know that I’m finally walking through death’s door, I would like this song to be among the ‘death songs’ I’d listen to, songs to listen to one last time before I travel either to Heaven, to the next incarnation, Nirvana, or just happen to separate from my current physical body. This song is among those as it is sheer beauty that few singers can rival. Such a classic and true beauty. No wonder I love the sad songs.
