“I can give it a try”
As he goes in & just rips it. You’re a modest brotha black thought

  3. Other than the one error (Mario saved Pauline in Donkey Kong, not Daisy) that was quite awesome.

  4. CrizzleG says:

But who knew in the future he’d be killin’ goombas,
And scoopin’ Princess Peach from King of the Koopas,
We threw a cape on his back and he became Super
These are the life and times of a mushroom trooper.

    His brother’s a coward,
Could be divine intervention from a higher power,
But Mario defends Luigi, spittin’ fire flowers,
And it’s weird that it’s been all these years,
Since he originally appeared, but Mario’s still here.

    Classic.

Shigeru Miyamoto hero you can call me those,
From where my inspiration comes nobody knows,
But I kept my pockets double-stuffed like Oreos,
Since creatin’ the digital kingdom of the Marios.

It all began on Donkey Kong,
He was just a jump man gettin’ his monkey on,
And tryin’ to save Daisy was makin’ him crazy,
    He’s come a long way since those 8-bit ’80s.

Thanks, I thought I was the only one.

  7. Lupin Sansei says:

I only hope people finally learn who Black Thought is. Mario Raps, Jimmy Fallon, whatever it takes. It’s a shame to be this ridiculously talent and have it go unrecognized for so long.

  8. Donkey kong was the first game mario appeared in.

  9. unrecognized lmfao The Roots have millions of fan’s across the world.

  10. Lupin Sansei says:

The average person can’t name a single member of the band, nevermind Black Thought.
