I want this song on itunes!!!! Its amazing!!!!
I like to differentiate between Indie Rock and Indie Pop.
Indie rock is the less popular stuff, songs from the album “The Suburbs” by
Arcade Fire are a good example.
Then you have Indie Pop, Or as I like to call it “Stompy Clappy music”.
The important thing to release is that every genre has conventions, this is
what defines a genre.
One could make a video like this for every genre in existence, from hip-hop
to reggae to happy-core.
Is it bad that i actually really like the song.
It’s cheesy as hell but better than EDM honestly lol. That means Weezer
isn’t Hipster Rock! I am fucking good now!
