  2. dr7youtu says:

    I love red one style.

Tae kwon do isn’t a useless martial art, sure there are more simpler and deadlier ones out there but it still has good techniques you can use. A lot of you are just judging what you see from tae kwon do as an olympic sport, they have to make it safer and have rules etc since it’s not like mma where you go full contact and stuff. If you actually study it it is a lot more effective than you think and it is more than just kicking.

They bounce on their feet as a way to disguise what they’re going to do. Also, this isn’t boxing, this is more about how fast you can move your body and react to your opponent.

  6. Look at the Japanese and Okinawan styles- this Korean jazz just dosen’t get it- Read /study learn about the Asian Martial Arts – You might just learn something..

Lol.. Youtube dont need people like u, you r the kind of guy who act tough by posting shit comments online.. Id like to see you against them and see how’d you do…

  8. Yonnlopez says:

Ive actually been there i’m not though. but i did 10 years of karate and tae-kwon-DO students were always the hardest to beat at tournaments, that explains the harsh comment, but please don’t say im a bad mouth please.

Anderson Silva has done pretty well, he got a black belt taekwondo, the kick he ko’ed Vitor with is the first kick you learn ,”Ap chagi”, it’s not a push kick, it’s more like a snap kick to the face. His spinnig back kick is also from Taekwondo. But in mma you can’t rely on one martial art alone. A Taekwondo guy can do good in mma if he learns wrestling and BBJ. Ppl think about the best style when it comes to fighting but It has never been about the style, it’s always been about the fighter.

Anderson Silva uses alot of tkd when he fights. Ppl think that you’re only kicking in TKD but you learn how to knee, elbow and even how to do armbars. I train WTF TKD. All of this can be verified by seeing our patterns/forms, knees and elbows are there.

I did tae Kwon do for a few Years so yeah it’s really tough but you really need to be tough with the sport or you can’t get points. My first competition I broke the board on my flying side kick but I came in second because my foot hurt so bad when I smashed the board but honestly it’s a good sport in general despite that.

  12. I haven’t done any ‘competitions’, but I’ve been doing Tae Kwon Do for a little over 11 years now. I honestly cant imagine my life without it. Flying side kick is a really fun kick, especially when you’re jumping over lots of people.
