    Day 2 done! But I have a feeling this is going to kill my lower back tomorrow.. does anyone else have that problem? I had pain after I did the Reggae workout the first time but not when I did it again..

    ok Mz. lashae how in the world could such a simple routine such a short routine be soooo damn challenging omg!!! lolbvs!! I stuck it out but my god! It was very fun tho! I am taken aback by the sweat and burn I got from this routine and its mos def 1 of my fav songs! Day 2 dun!!
