    Kobe didn’t always have a great team, a year after Shaq left they lost fisher, and were an underdog team for a couple years, and really weren’t that good, but then they got Pau and got fisher back and they won 2 more championships, now they’re again an alright team. SO Kobe didn’t always have the greatest team ever.

    If he played for records and stats don’t you think he would have many more scoring titles? Like this year, he was well ahead of the league in ppg but started passing because it worked to help his team win this season.

    This sounds retarded. If you watched this season you could see clearly IF he wanted to Kobe could get those numbers. And if Kobe only plays for records why does he have so many rings? If he wanted to he could have had the scoring title the last like 8 years.

    A few things here…Kobe has scored over 2000 points in a season 8 times. Not to mention falling short of 3000 in 05-06. LebRon started out with no one on his team like Jordan. Kobe started off with Shaq. Kobe didnt start until his second season….if you would have left Kobe with the Hornets he would have less rings but easily scoring titles for days. Kobe is also in the top 40 for all time Assists.

    Im sorry I cant elevate Kobe over Lebron. When Kobe was in his prime at age 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 he didnt win one MVP and he didnt win one ring. Lebron in his prime now is winning everything ring,MVPs and Finals MVPs. Only thing Kobe has over Lebron is more sidekick, non-Finals MVP rings. I mean anybody can win a championship while another guy wins Finals MVP, Steve Kerr did it 5 times.
