wow kris legand, dave best power drummer ever, paul so much respect now, nirvana lives. kurt will be smiling.

  2. To anyone complaining about McCartney being a bad choice: Paul McCartney fucking INVENTED Grunge with “Helter Skelter”.That song was recorded in ’68.

  4. the drummer hasn’t aged as much as his band members just look at the video they did at the paramount with kurt, he’s still the same.

and they still have Nirvana’s spirit. listen to the Krist bass line and Dave Drums. still they are Nirvana. Paul says he was middle of the Nirvana. and correctly Nirvana calls Paul, Paul just answer the nirvana’s call. so this show is for the Nirvana Reunion.

Just out of curiosity at what point was it necessary for Grohl,Novoselic and Smear to get Courtney Loves approval or Kurt Cobains blessing from beyond the grave to get together and write and perform a song with one of their childhood idols? The event was billed as Paul McCartney with Dave Grohl and Friends not as Paul McCartney with Nirvana.

For everyone who says this is stupid having Paul McCartney with Krist, Pat and Dave, I can assure you it’s not. If you had some knowledge of Kurt you’d know that he loved the Beatles and had an influence on Kurt’s song writing. I’m bet you, Kurt is looking down smiling at this – and it’s for a good cause.

  8. Yeah but then they have Beiber.
